TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellation Policy
OPO Hotel requires full payment at the time of booking.
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel at least 2 days prior to your arrival date in order to be eligible for a refund. The arrival date begins at 00:00 (CET).
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night
• In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged
Non-Refundable Rate
OPO Hotel requires full payment at the time of booking.
When booking a non-refundable rate, the reservation is considered final and confirmed immediately.
• Modifications are not permitted
• Cancellations are not permitted
• Refunds are not permitted
GROUP BOOKINGS
Reservations of nine rooms or more are subject to special group rates.
Please contact us at welcome@opohotel.be. We will respond within 48 hours.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed more than 24 hours in advance.
• 07:00 – 10:00: €60
• 10:00 – 13:00: €30
If your room is not yet available, luggage storage is provided free of charge.
For guaranteed immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival.
Check-out
Check-out is required by 11:00.
• Until 12:00: possible upon request and subject to availability
• 12:00 – 14:00: €40 (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance)
• After 14:00: a full night will be charged
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of €50 per room per night will be held on your credit card.
• The credit card used may be requested at check-in
• The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name, or written authorization is required
• A valid ID is mandatory:
• EU guests: national ID card
• Non-EU guests: valid passport
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
ROOM OCCUPANCY
Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation.
The maximum occupancy is two or three persons, depending on the room type.
Children from the age of 3 are considered full guests.
• Additional guests must be registered in advance
• Unregistered guests may result in a €150 penalty and removal from the hotel
VISITORS
Day visitors are welcome between 09:00 and 22:00.
• A valid ID is required
• Access is only permitted with the consent of the main guest
SUPPLEMENTS AND EXTRA SERVICES
Additional amenities are available upon request, subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Extra bed (selected room types): €40 per night
• Baby cot: €12 per night
ROOM PREFERENCES
Guests may indicate preferences such as higher floors, balcony, or specific views.
While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including the use of e-cigarettes and all forms of vaping.
• A cleaning fee of up to €225 may be charged in case of violation
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
External service providers such as massage therapists, hairdressers, or other professionals are not permitted in the rooms.
TRANSPORTATION AND TAXIS
The hotel does not provide its own transportation services.
Upon request, the reception may contact an external taxi company. These services are operated by third parties.
The hotel accepts no liability for:
• Quality
• Punctuality
• Pricing
• Safety
• Conduct of the service provider
Any disputes must be handled directly with the respective provider.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost items will be kept for up to 6 months.
Food and beverages left behind will be kept for up to 48 hours after departure and then discarded.
The hotel is not responsible for the condition or safety of any items left behind.
HOUSE RULES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
All guests are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Any behavior that violates the law or compromises the safety and well-being of guests or staff is strictly prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to:
• Refuse service
• Terminate the stay without refund
• Notify the appropriate authorities if necessary
